As situation is getting worse due to the prolonged failure of the rain the drought is biting. People have no water and animals are dying, Livelihoods have been severely affected. we have launched emergency water trucking program to mitigate the looming drought. Our CEO Mrs Fatuma Hakar has flagged of the 52 trucks to engage in a continous water trucking to the hard hit areas in Garissa county .We are committed to assist worst affected areas, This program is funded by our donor Amoud Foundation.
We have Also done multiple distribution of Dignity Kits to girls in several Primary school in Garissa County. The kits have reached to the most vulnerable girls and most deserving girls.
